    Description

    LOCTITE® 242 is a multi-purpose methacrylate-based threadlocker with medium strength and medium viscosity. The product offers rapid attainment of handling strength on steel, brass and stainless steel in that order in 5, 15 and 20 min. LOCTITE 242 is thixotropic to prevent spreading after application and is designed for joints that require normal disassembly using common hand tools.
